Protecting the Health and Well-Being of Communities in a Changing Climate: Proceedings of a Workshop

Abstract

On March 13, 2017, the Roundtable on Environmental Health Sciences, Research, and Medicine and the Roundtable on Population Health Improvement jointly convened a 1-day public workshop, Protecting the Health and Well-being of Communities in a Changing Climate in Washington, DC. The workshop was intended to exploring the implications of climate change for population health and the potential strategies that public health, environmental health, health care, and related stakeholders can implement to help communities and regions address and mitigate health effects. Moderated by Linda Rudolph.
