Letter: Stay engaged on climate change

Abstract

My family and I recently traveled to Washington, D.C., for the Moms Clean Air Force “Play-In” for Climate Action. In the shadows of the U.S. Capitol, we listened to music, played with other children and heard from inspirational speakers calling for action on climate change. The trip was particularly special because we were joined by families from all 50 states who were united in the message that acting on climate is critical for the health of future generations. After the event, we met with our New Hampshire delegation and shared why action on climate was so critical to New Hampshire and to New Hampshire’s children.I encourage others to take the time to share their stories with our elected officials and ask them to take bold action to address the climate crisis, for the health and well-being of our children.
