More details: EPA will hold a public hearing on the proposed concurrent three-month and two-year stay of the fugitive emissions, pneumatic pump and professional engineer certification requirements in the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), issued in June 2016.

These proposed notices were issued on June 16, 2017. Under the proposals, sources would not need to comply with these requirements while the stay is in effect.
